We manufacture industrial steam and thermal oil boilers fired on gas, diesel and coal. European quality at half the price.

Choose by fuel and steam parameters — steam boilers on gas and liquid fuel, steam boilers on solid fuel, and thermal oil boilers.
TANSU does not assemble boilers from bought-in units — we make them from steel plate at our own plant. Quality and lead times stay under our control at every stage.

How we build boilers — from steel plate to testing
Plant tour — Russian narration; English subtitles available via CC.
The bulk of our deliveries goes to Kazakhstan and Russia, and across the CIS. Our customers include plants in the food, oil and gas, paper and construction industries.

TANSU boiler equipment operates in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Georgia — deliveries since 1995.
We answer straight, the way we do on the shop floor.
The name comes from Turkish: TANSU means “morning dew”. Thermal power is always about water: heating, evaporation, steam. It all starts with a drop.
Yes, entirely. The plant is in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. We bring in steel and tubes strictly from approved suppliers — every batch arrives with quality and conformity certificates. The boiler shell is manufactured and assembled entirely at our own plant, on our own machine tools.
The company has been working since 1995, and over those years we have learned exactly what equipment for the CIS countries has to be. Our own design office let us combine European design with the Soviet approach to safety margin. The equipment is certified to TR CU 032/2013 and undergoes annual independent inspection; the boiler service life is at least 20 years with correct operation, and we have documented cases to prove it.
Kyrgyzstan's economy is built differently from, say, Germany's. So with practically identical raw material, technology and components, the final price of a complete boiler comes out significantly below the European one — with no loss of quality.
And most importantly — the boilers are adapted to real CIS conditions. We know the local water and what it takes to keep equipment from failing when that water varies. A large water volume and a generous metal margin give resistance to water chemistry upsets — the boiler forgives water treatment deviations that tightly optimised European counterparts are sensitive to. We do not chip our components and we do not lock you in: the controls and the control panel are simple and clear to the operator, all parts are interchangeable and, as a rule, available on local markets.
Standard scope: a cleaning rod for the smoke tubes, counter flanges, shut-off valves, instrumentation (I&C), feed pumps, a control panel, a burner unit and a water softening system. Together with the kit we supply electrical cables, bolts and gaskets.
To your duty we build an atmospheric deaerator and a condensate return tank with automatic control, as well as economisers and superheaters. The standard panel runs on relay logic; on request we supply a PLC with MODBUS.
Entirely. We can ship the boiler “bare” — with only the smoke-tube cleaning rod and counter flanges (overall and connection dimensions are in the documentation section), or we can assemble a package of shut-off valves, a burner unit and any other components for your project.
Over the years we have earned standing with component manufacturers and work with many of them directly. Buying from us, you pay no middleman mark-up and receive genuine products.
Fast. Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda or Astana — 1 day on average from Bishkek. Moscow — 3–4 days. Khabarovsk and Tbilisi — up to 7 days.
The equipment can be collected ex works, or delivery can be included in the contract: we work with proven logistics companies that have already carried hundreds of our boilers — from 50 kilograms to 50 tonnes. Delivery from Kyrgyzstan is fast and simple.
The EAEU countries — Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Armenia — share a single customs area. For a delivery from Kyrgyzstan this means: no customs declaration and no subsequent clearance, no customs brokers and no temporary storage warehouse. There are no duties on imports within the EAEU — unlike equipment imported from outside the union.
The equipment is released at a 0% VAT rate. If the boiler is capitalised as a fixed asset, the VAT paid may be recoverable under the law of your country — check with your accountant. Buying in Kyrgyzstan pays off.
First you receive a commercial offer from us. Then we sign a contract — usually with two payment stages: an advance payment and a payment before shipment. At shipment we send scans of the shipping documents; the originals travel with the driver. In Kazakhstan, for example, the scans are enough to issue an SNT consignment note — it is very simple to issue. You will hardly notice the equipment crossing the border.
Together with the boiler you receive the full documentation. Technical documents: the passport, the operating manual, connection diagrams, strength calculations and the laboratory report. Shipping documents: the electronic invoice, the consignment note, the delivery note and the CMR.
Fill in the questionnaire — our engineers will calculate the configuration for your load, fuel and steam parameters.
