TANSU supplies the high-temperature organic heater (thermal oil boiler, hot oil heater) in the configuration needed for efficient and safe operation. The components come from carefully selected manufacturers, proven by thirty years of practice.

The thermal oil circulates in a closed system: the pump drives it through the organic heat transfer fluid heater. The oil then gives up its heat through heat exchangers. High temperature is reached without high pressure in the system.
The heat transfer oil works at temperatures up to 300 °C at low pressure — without the risks and the requirements that apply to high-pressure steam systems.
Thermal oil does not freeze at sub-zero temperatures the way steam and water systems do, and it has high thermal inertia — the boiler reaches its operating duty quickly after a shutdown.
Very precise temperature control supplies heat to the most demanding processes — particularly sought after in petrochemicals.
At comparable capital cost a boiler house on thermal oil boilers needs less floor area than a steam one, and on low operating costs it pays back faster.
The standard sizes run from PTN-500 to PTN-3000 (output 500–3000 kW). Select a model to highlight its parameters. Boilers of other outputs are built to order — the configuration is defined by the questionnaire.

Our own technical control department checks every operation — from incoming steel inspection to final testing. The QC department reports directly to the head of the company.
Raw material and welds are checked by an independent laboratory: visual and measuring inspection (VT) reveals surface defects, ultrasonic testing (UT) — hidden defects inside the weld.

The equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with TR CU 032. Inspection control is carried out annually, with independent specialists attending.
